Make sure you install the version from their site.

Unzip it to any directory in a location that has write permissions. The folder in which YGO Omega is installed in, has to be writable or the omegaupdater will fail. In addition, it checks for any other issues like lack of. The installer opens the “Omegaupdater.exe” which downloads the game and all the updates. The game is portable so it means you can move the installation directory and it will still work. This is normal for programs that are not signed. Because of this, you will get warnings that the file is unsafe. The installer itself is not properly signed because that is an expensive process.
